Programs

This hands-on experience is great for those who are just learning to cook and those who have experience in the kitchen. Participants will learn to make homemade pasta and turn it into a delectable pasta primavera to enjoy on site once you are finished.
This class is taught by experienced chef Mayari who brings her years of knowledge in the kitchen to you to create an unforgettable experience and meal.
During the class or just after, make sure to visit the Hudson Public Library display of Italian cookbooks and transform this classic recipe into your own signature style.
This program is offered in partnership with the Hudson Senior Center and the Hudson Public Library. Must be 18+ to participate. Participants are encouraged to bring a water or non-alcoholic drink, an apron, and a notebook and pen.
